With over 10 years of experience behind the chair, she’s a master colorist known for her effortlessly elevated transformations and her unwavering dedication to both her team and her guests. To know Marci is to know her heart: she shows up fully, whether it’s guiding a stylist through their first big moment or making a client feel seen and celebrated. A true Pisces, dog mom, and nurturer at her core, her love language is food, and you can always count on her to bring comfort (and a homemade dish) to the salon. Passionate about education and growth, Marci leads with purpose, warmth, and magic making Honey Wild a space where everyone feels at home.

Master Braider & Salon Matriarch
Known lovingly as Mamas around the salon, Emily is a pillar of strength, skill, and heart at Honey Wild. With over 20 years of experience behind the chair and a specialty in braiding, she’s not only an expert in her craft but a dedicated mentor to the next generation of stylists here on Maui. A proud mother of two and the backbone of her family, Emily brings that same nurturing spirit into the salon every day offering guidance, wisdom, and unwavering support to everyone around her. Her presence is grounding, her work is timeless, and her impact is felt long after you leave her chair.
Adrieanna
Master Stylist/Educator/Creative
With over 7 years of experience behind the chair, Adrieanna is a master stylist and educator with a passion for both craft and creativity. As the salon’s creative director, she helps shape the visual voice of Honey Wild—from guiding brand shoots to mentoring our apprentices through The Academy. Her approach to hair is intuitive, artistic, and deeply rooted in connection, always aiming to elevate both the look and the confidence of each guest who sits in her chair. A natural-born leader with a flair for storytelling, Adrieanna brings vision, energy, and a whole lot of love to the Honey Wild collective.

With four years of experience and a deep love for all things beauty, Naomi brings a fresh, creative energy to Honey Wild. Specializing in blonding, color, layered cuts, and makeup, she tailors every service to enhance her clients’ natural glow. Known for her gentle presence and artistic eye, Naomi creates looks that feel both effortless and elevated—always with a personal touch. When she’s not behind the chair, she’s a proud doggy mom and a beauty trend enthusiast, dedicated to helping her clients feel their absolute best.

Jr Stylist/ Braider
Randy is a fresh talent straight out of beauty school, bringing a bold mix of creativity and hustle to Honey Wild. Specializing in hair, makeup, and braiding—under the mentorship of Emily, Marci, and Adrie—she’s quickly carving out her space in the beauty world. While she offers lash extensions separately on the west side, you can catch her at the salon for hair, makeup, and soon, brow and lash tinting and laminations. When not in the salon, Makana shines as the general manager at Coconuts and a dynamic drag performer—bringing creativity, confidence, and flair to everything they do. Passionate about fantasy color and gender-affirming hair services, Makana is on a mission to make every client feel fully seen, celebrated, and stunning.
